Looking for Charlotte breweries? Several microbreweries call the Charlotte area home. Some of the breweries listed below, like The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery and Four Friends Brewing, have been in Charlotte for a few years. Others, like NoDa Brewing, Birdsong Brewing and Ass Clown Brewing, came to Charlotte just last year (2011). Triple C Brewing and Heist Brewing both opened in August and September of 2012, respectively, and Free Range Brewing is currently looking for space in Charlotte.
Rock Bottom and Hops are the city’s chain brewpubs.
