Anne-Fitten Glenn, author of “Asheville Beer, An Intoxicating History of Mountain brewing,” will visit Good Bottle Co. to sign her new book from 6:30-8:30 p.m. this Friday, Nov. 9. I’m halfway through the book and can say that it’s a wonderful read so far (I’d be done with it now were I not writing a beer book of my own).
Anne-Fitten isn’t the only thing coming down from the mountains; Good Bottle Co. will also have 12 WNC beers on tap. Expect beers from Highland, Catawba, Pisgah, French Broad, Green Man, Nantahala and more. They’ll be tasting Asheville Brewing’s Shiva IPA from 5 p.m. until it lasts.
