Mellow Mushroom Myers Park will host Highland Brewing for a four-course beer dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 10. Each course will be both prepared and served with a Highland beer. The cost of this beer dinner is $35 a person. For more info or to RSVP, call 704-966-7499.
Here’s the full menu:
- House made meatballs braised in Gaelic ale, served with Cold Mountain Ale.
- Wedge salad with cherry tomatoes, bleu cheese crumbles, crumbled bacon and a Gaelic-infused bleu cheese dressing. Served with St. Theresa Pale Ale.
- Kashmir IPA-marinated pork loin medallions, roasted red potato wedges and an apple chutney side. Served with Kashmir IPA.
- Apple pie pizza featuring red delicious and granny smith apples cooked in Oatmeal Porter with a crumbled cookie topping. Served with Mocha Stout.
